If you can keep up with Eero, please try to do that but if you can't - don't despair since it takes time to reach the same level.

In this case, just do the best you can and do the easier variation of the exercise if possible (for example push ups can be done on knees if necessary). If you feel like you cannot complete the 3 rounds and you must give up, make sure you come back stronger next time. Just don't make it a habit and try to make progress with every workout.

If you don't have any exercise background, the workouts can be very hard. Just focus on progress and eventually you should be able to complete the 3 rounds and even the championship rounds.
