How to replace the kettlebells with dumbbells

Most of the kettlebell routines can be done with dumbbells! Kettlebells offer a slightly different stimulus to the body but the dumbbells still work in a great way.

If you have adjustable dumbbells and you are doing swings from front to back, placing 5-10% more weight at the bottom of the dumbbell (adjustable dumbbells) will allow the dumbbell to swing better and put less strain on the wrists. 

With a fixed weight dumbbells you can just swing then as you like (pronated palms down grip or pinkie down neutral grip).
