How to combine Warrior 20XX with my sport or art?
You can do the Warrior 20XX workouts on the same day as you do your practice or on separate days. It's good to have at least 2 rest days per week since resting will ultimately produce the results you are looking for and allow you to make faster progress.
For example, if you go to your practice a couple of times per week, then doing Warrior 20XX for 2-3 times per week is plenty.
