Which workout or weapon I should choose?
You can focus on just one weapon for a while or rotate the weapon in every workout. For example, you can do a bodyweight workout on Monday, a dumbbell workout on Wednesday and a kettlebell workout on Friday.
It's perfectly fine to repeat one workout for 1 week or several weeks before you start doing different workouts but it can be more fun to do 2 or 3 different workouts per week.
In this area you have lots of freedom to choose from. The important thing is to just keep doing workouts!
