The month is easy to me, should I still do it?
Yes. The fact of the matter is that all of the exercise progressions are very foundational work that will never get old. They are just functions of the human body that should be strengthened forever.
90% of the real progress is made in the basics and they should be worked on regardless of your level of fitness.
As an advanced athlete, I still do majority of the exercises demonstrated on this course on a weekly basis. For example, the basic push up is an exercise that should never get old and it will produce results even for the advanced athletes
